Order Process

After selecting your doll and confirming your order with us, we immediately begin production as soon as the payment arrived. Your doll will take 7 – 14 days before it is ready for dispatch.

Once your doll is complete we send you a selection of images of for your approval, once approved we then arrange dispatch. Assuming everything is in order, it will take up to 24 hours from the moment you approve – to the moment we ship. Your tracking number will be emailed to you up to 24 hours after dispatch.

Production

• 1.  Custom Made

  Each doll is custom made to order, depending on your unique specifications. After you’ve selected your doll, options such as breast type and eye colour are recorded to make your doll unique to you.

• 2.  Quality Control

  Each doll is checked by a series of professionals at each stage of production. The process involves rigorous field testing to ensure all moving parts operate correctly and the skin contains no marks, tears or blemishes.

• 3.  Approval Images

  Once your doll has passed quality control, our craftsmen will hand over to our approvals team. Once member of approval are sufficiently satisfied with your doll, photographs will be taken and sent to you via email.

Shipping

Before shipment is arranged our quality control department give your doll once last check and then package ready for shipping.

Typically dolls are shipped by air using only express couriers like UPS and Fedex. International delivery will take between 7- 20 days, with live tracking available from the courier.

Discreet

We understand the importance of privacy. Therefore, Each doll is carefully packaged in a way the hides the contents of the box. Only you will know what has been delivered as there is no indication on the outside of the box.

This is called white glove delivery and we are confident you will be happy with the packaging and delivery service.

Customs Clearance and Fees

You do not have to worry about customs or Import Duties. All import duties levied by your local authority – on import, will be paid for by us in advance with a pre-customs clearance service.

Packaging

Each doll is packaged into a plain brown box with protective packaging and shock resistant foam within. Depending on the size of the doll, the box may approximately 150cm tall, 42cm wide and 28cm deep.

We also offer a upgraded flight and storage case for a fee of range from $300 to $600 which can be added to your doll when selecting your variations.
