2How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
3Can I cancel my order?

If you place an order and want to cancel the order before the doll is shipped, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we will charge a certain amount to make up for the loss.

Once the doll is sent, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.

Kindly Note: all orders of in-stock dolls can’t be canceled.

5How to warm up my doll?

Each doll will be given a heating stick（heating rod）. The heating stick allows to heat up the vaginal, anal or oral crevices to the temperature of a real woman. Alternatively, use an electric blanket to wrap your doll up, it will take a few minutes to warm it up. Please do not leave your doll in the blanket for too long to avoid damage to her skin. TPE is very sensitive to temperature and can start melting from 50°C or 122°F and above.
6Does the doll come with clothes?

The doll will come with a randomly chosen piece of lingerie, but the dolls do not come with the outfit shown in our images.

14The removable vagina and the fixed vagina, what is the difference?

Despite their external differences, both fixed and removable vaginas are similar on the inside and generally speaking, one does not feel different to the other on the inside. Each kind of vagina has its advantages and disadvantages, but both kinds will provide you with amazingly lifelike, highly-gratifying sexual experiences.

The most obvious difference between fixed and removable vaginas is how they look. A removable vagina, obviously, can be removed from the sex doll’s body for easy cleaning, and looks like a fleshy tube―not unlike a Fleshlight―and when you look at a cross-section (see picture above) you can see the textured vaginal canal. 15What’s the difference between the standard skeletons and EVO skeletons?
